Kingdom Church has the desire to see Kingsville become a city on fire for Jesus. The only way we believe this can happen is if all churches, regardless of denomination, unite around the unity of Jesus. We believe that Jesus is the head of His Body (the Church) and that we, as the body, must be willing and able to operate as a unified ambassador of Love. We, here at KCK, are striving to bring churches together through worship and love. At KCK, our vision is to be a place for ALL to encounter the LOVE of GOD.
We believe the Bible to be Holy Spirit inspired. It is the perfect, inerrant, authoritative work of God to instruct, counsel, and guide mankind toward God. It reveals the principles by which God interacts with creation. It is the center of Christian Union, and is the testimony to Christ, who is the focus of the entire Bible. (2 Tim 3:15-17; 2 Pet 1:19-21) We believe there is one and only one living and true God, infinitely holy, powerful, loving, and perfect; comprised of three distinct persons, revealed to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, yet without any division of nature, essence, or desire. (Eph 4:4-7; Gen 1:1-2; John 10:30) We Believe God to be Fatherly in His attitude toward all men. He is Father in truth to all who choose to become children of God through faith in Jesus Christ. He is all powerful, all knowing, all wise, and all loving. (John 4:23-24; John 5:26; John 14:6-13) We Believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, as the Son of God, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in the testimony of His miracles, and in His atoning death on the cross. Jesus perfectly revealed and did the will of God, took on complete human nature- yet without sin. He was crucified on a cross, and raised from the dead, before ascending to Heaven, where He now sits on the throne, and we await His return in power and glory. (Matthew 1:23; John 1:1-4; Romans 1:3-4; 3:23-26; Philippians 2:5-11; Colossians 2:6-10; Hebrews 1:1-4; 4:15) We believe that all men everywhere will face judgment from Jesus, and that Jesus is the only way to receive salvation. This salvation is dependent on repentance of sin and faith in Jesus Christ as Lord of all creation. Those who do not receive Jesus will be deemed unrighteous and will be sentenced to everlasting punishment in hell. (Luke 24:46-47; John 14:6; Romans 3:23-26; Titus 3:4-7; 1 Peter 1:2-23; 1 John 1;6-2:11) We believe in the current ministry of the Holy Spirit, which is occurring through Christians who receive Him, enabling them to live a godly life and minister supernaturally with authority and power. (Acts 1:8, 4:31; John 3:5-8; Genesis 1:2; John 14:6-26, 15:26) We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit- the supernatural power to be God’s witness in miracles, signs, and wonders, as well as transforming power to be free from sin. (Acts 1:8, 2:1-4; 4:31, 5:3, 6:3, 10:44, 19:1-6; Galatians 5:16-18; Ephesians 6:12) We believe in the need for Spiritual union among believers, in the Lord Jesus Christ, and that all true believers are members of His body, the Church. We operate under the Lord Jesus Christ, and without unity, we misrepresent God. Fellowship with God and others is equally essential. (John 17::20-23; 1 John 1:3-7) We believe in the ministries of Evangelism (Sharing and proclaiming the Gospel) and discipleship (helping Christians to follow the Way of Christ in order to represent Jesus properly). These ministries are for all believers. (Matthew 28:18-20; Romans 10:9-15; 1 Peter 3:15-16) We believe all of mankind is made in the image of God, and therefore we must serve one another, humbly. We must have concern for the physical and spiritual needs of all people, including the unborn. (Psalm 139:13; Matthew 22:37-39; Romans 12:20-21; Galatians 6:1-10
